For the practicing of strategic social responsibility management, we prepared a devoted department and are enhancing CSR management that includes transparent management, corporate partnership, social contribution and eco-friendly activities.

Whistle-blow System (Help Line)

We are receiving reports on wrong doings of an official or an employee via Helpline. We guaranty the secret on the identity of the tipper and the devoted department makes strict investigation and fact finding under the principle of protecting the tipper.

Top 3 Report System

  • Shinsegae Pay : A settlement system where everyone pays his/her own share for the expenses from every official and unofficial gatherings inside or outside the company
  • Clean Report : They are required not to take any money, treat, convenience, or entertainment from an interest-related person. However, in a case where it happened inevitably, the official or the employee shall make a self-report of the fact
  • Special Interest Report : In a case where an official or an employee of a contractor company under a contract agreement has a close relationship such as relative, hometown, or school alumni, with the person in charge of the business, he/she shall make a prior report of the fact
