- Shinsegae Pay : A settlement system where everyone pays his/her own share for the expenses from every official and unofficial gatherings inside or outside the company
- Clean Report : They are required not to take any money, treat, convenience, or entertainment from an interest-related person. However, in a case where it happened inevitably, the official or the employee shall make a self-report of the fact
- Special Interest Report : In a case where an official or an employee of a contractor company under a contract agreement has a close relationship such as relative, hometown, or school alumni, with the person in charge of the business, he/she shall make a prior report of the fact
