Q.Please introduce yourself and your current job: Hello. I am Changsu Yeo in charge of e-commerce, Digital Innovation Team of Business Planning Department.
Currently, I am mainly responsible for IT planning in the cosmetics sector, and also work for the investment and cost for SI system as well as infrastructure and homepage.
Q.How did you start your job?: I studied computer science in university and wanted to be an IT service planner. I built technical career from my first job in an IT company, and I started working for IT service planning in the cosmetics sector after joining SI in 2017.
Q.When did you feel the greatest sense of accomplishment in your job?: I felt the biggest sense of accomplishment while working on the ERP project for Swiss corporation. I achieved my goal as an IT service planner, which gave me a new motivation at work

Q.Do you have your own belief or philosophy as one thing that you are unshaken in?: Keep trying hard. I believe in that I can grow myself as long as I do not give up but try little by little. I always keep in mind, ‘Hard work will not betray you.’
Q.Please describe what you would like to look like in the near future.: I want to be a manager to establish and implement mid- to long-term plan for IT of SI.

Q.What does Shinsegae International mean to you?: Shinsegae International is a powerful momentum for my work life.
Q.Do you make any effort for work-life balance?: My top priority for work-life balance is to keep physical strength. I keep trying to develop myself in terms of work skills and foreign languages, and I spend time with family and enjoy hobbies for my personal life.
