Swedish sports brand J.LINDEBERG, imported and distributed by Shinsegae International, announced the grand opening of its flagship store, Clubhouse Seoul, in the luxury shopping district of Cheongdam this month. Spanning from the basement level to the fifth floor, the store covers a total area of 998㎡, making it the largest standalone J.LINDEBERG store in the world.

 

Recently, Korea’s golf market has been evolving around “authentic golfers”—those who are deeply passionate about the sport. Taking into account the preferences of premium brand consumers, J.LINDEBERG selected Cheongdam as the location for its flagship store. As a district known for its concentration of global luxury brands and clientele familiar with golf culture, Cheongdam is considered an ideal setting to convey the brand’s value.

 

With this new flagship, J.LINDEBERG aims to further solidify its position in the premium golfwear market, focusing on both sales growth and the cultivation of loyal customers.

 

Inspired by the concept of a “clubhouse” where golfers prepare for rounds and connect with others, the store design reflects the brand’s commitment to open communication and community. True to its logo and core philosophy of serving as a “bridge” between sports and fashion, these values are embedded throughout the space.

 

The building’s exterior features a media façade using the brand logo to capture attention, while large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with natural light, enhancing the appeal of both the space and its products.

 

The first floor showcases the season’s main collection, emphasizing the brand’s identity. This season’s lineup combines sophisticated design with high functionality to express freedom and confidence. The basement level offers exclusive custom services available only at Clubhouse Seoul.

 

Floors two and three display the full range of the brand’s offerings—golfwear as well as tennis, ski, outdoor, and lifestyle apparel. The space is designed with curved fixtures inspired by the motion of a golf swing to create a visually dynamic environment.

 

The fourth and fifth floors are dedicated to VIP customers, operating as private lounges where membership clients can interact freely in an exclusive setting.
